To make the support people need as accessible as possible. We know how hard it is for people to reach out, so we aim to make all parts of the process as supportive and calming as possible.

Why we do it

I love having the opportunity to be creative but also understand how people use products.

I find people fascinating, the evolution of how we've used products and the new ways we are learning to use them means my designs have to be creative enough to feel new and exciting but also create a sense of calm and familiarity.
